Dismissal

We will not accept changes in dismissal plans after 2:00pm! Change in Dismissal Plans?? Email BOTH your classroom teacher AND Theresa Gallagher tgallagher@stcolumbkilleschool.org Email communication is better than sending a paper note. Paper notes often get lost between home and school.

Visitors/Volunteers

VISITORS:To protect the health and safety of all our students and staff, visitors are not permitted on campus during the school day. Visitors may come on campus before and after school ONLY if you have a pre-arranged appointment/meeting with your teacher(s).

VOLUNTEERS:Classroom teachers will communicate when they are ready to have volunteers. We welcome volunteers to SCS! Volunteers can enhance and support the educational experience for students.
Parents​ of students​ may volunteer in the classroom and around the school, at the teacher’s/school’s discretion.

Virtus Training from the Diocese of Cleveland is required for all volunteers. Visit the Cleveland Diocese website (www.dioceseofcleveland.org), and then link to the Virtus program for complete information. A copy of your certificate of completion for Virtus training must be on file in the school office. All volunteers must enter through the main doors and obtain a Visitor pass at the front desk.
