Tuition Information

2024-2025 School Year (K-8th Grade)

As has been the case for many years, St. Columbkille Parish has generously gifted financial support to all school families to offset the cost of tuition. The current cost to educate a student is approximately $8,550 but with the support of parish funds, government assistance, and fundraising, the actual tuition paid by a school family is much less. St. Columbkille Parish continues this tradition of financial support because we believe every family should be able to provide a Catholic education for their child. 

Our registration portal through Digital Academy is ONLY accessible from a desktop computer. Mobile and tablet devices do not currently support this software. 

Tuition Information

While each family’s tuition will be unique to them, this table serves as a guide to estimate your 2024-2025 tuition. We encourage all families to apply for both the EdChoice and Angel Scholarships. Applications to the Angel Scholarship Fund must be complete by March 29th in order to receive money off your 2024-2025 tuition. The table below is based on a family who applied for the EdChoice Scholarship and highlights the cost per student. The max tuition for a single student family is $2,975.

Payable at Registration or by 7/1/24

This fee covers expenses such as office supplies, teaching and/or instructional supplies, technology, on-campus student activities, guest speakers, buses for field trips, curriculum manipulatives, etc.

St. Columbkille School Enrollment Check List 

We are incredibly excited to welcome families, new and returning, for the 2024-2025 school year! Please read and complete the appropriate steps below to secure your spot at St. Columbkille.

CURRENT ST. COLUMBKILLE SCHOOL FAMILIES

Priority Enrollment for Current Families is January 21, 2024 - February 4, 2024. Enrollment will remain open until spots are filled. 

Check your email for Enrollment Information and/or log in to your Digital Academy account. Open the Priority Enrollment link provided in your email on January 21st and complete the following: 

1. Check to re-enroll your student(s).

2. Add any new students for the 2024-2025 school year. 

3. Review your address and family information, and confirm.

4. Indicate the tuition payment method.

5. Complete registration payment. Receive confirmation email that registration/enrollment is complete.

Final Acceptance letters will be emailed in March/April.

NEW FAMILIES

Open Enrollment Applications begin February 5, 2024 until spots are filled. Go to our website to begin your application: www.stcolumbkilleschool.org

You will need the following information to complete the entire enrollment application:

•  Birth Certificate(s) • For students entering grades 1-8, their most recent report card

1. Create a Digital Academy account and login.

2. Add your new student(s).

3. Add your address and family information, and confirm.

4. Receive a confirmation email that your application has been completed. 

5.  Completing the application does not guarantee placement. The school office will contact you to schedule a meeting prior to the next enrollment step. 

Acceptance letters confirming enrollment or waiting list status will be emailed to all applicants in April. 

SCHOLARSHIPS

All St. Columbkille Families are asked to complete or renew the EdChoice Scholarship application. This is completed AFTER you have been accepted/enrolled. Please note, parents of students have/will be receiving a JP scholarship should NOT apply for EdChoice.

All St. Columbkille Families are asked to agree to apply for Angel Scholarship funds. All families may apply for additional scholarships available on our website.
