If you are a new family, you must complete the School Registration process first. After acceptance to St. Columbkille School, you are able to apply and request an EdChoice Scholarship.
Use this website to create an account and submit income verification: https://safe.ode.state.oh.us/portal
On your own, you will need to submit income verification with supporting documentation. Appropriate documents are outlined in the Online Income Verification Process Form depending on your employment. If the reviewers need more information, the EdChoice Office will reach out to you via email once they review it.
Here is a video tutorial on how to use the Income Verification website.
Also, please utilize the quick guide for income verification.
The documents listed below are already available in your Digital Academy account. Fill out each form for each child, and upload into Digital Academy. (If you have multiple children each child needs their own documentation).
Uploading your documents and information in Digital Academy is the preferred method to help us expedite this process.
1. EdChoice Request Form 2023-24 (Click here for the form)
2. Copy of Birth Certificate of student
3. Proof of Address/Utility bill (gas, water, electric). If utilities are not in parent’s name, see “Address Verification” section on Request Form.

Our school mission is to develop our students to live their lives as a Witness to Jesus. We believe our school exists to teach the mandate of Jesus: "Love one another as I have loved you."
We believe that we share the vision of Jesus within an atmosphere designed to celebrate and practice the love of God and neighbor. We motivate students to grow academically, culturally, and socially. Jesus remains with the community He formed, and we are privileged to witness and share that Presence.
